1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing she-canada.com you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Directory Listings Businesses listed in the SHE-Canada directory are responsible for ensuring their information is accurate. SHE-Canada reserves the right to remove any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

3. Paid Services Payment for listing upgrades, magazine features, and advertising is processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Magazine & Content SHE-Canada retains editorial rights over all published magazine content. Businesses featured in editorial content do not have approval rights over final copy unless agreed in writing.

5. Email Communications By registering with SHE-Canada you consent to receive email communications in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe at any time.

6. Privacy Personal and business information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

7. Intellectual Property All SHE-Canada content, logos, and magazine designs are the property of SHE-Canada and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability SHE-Canada is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on directory listings.

9. Changes to Terms These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
