Coach as wells as a menopause doula-in-training with a
whole other corporate life before pivoting into career and
menopause education. I created Menomentum because
I’ve been right where you are: juggling midlife changes,
feeling the effects of menopause, and wondering how to
keep growing in my career when I don’t always know what
that is.
